https://barrelhorseworld.com/horsedetail.asp?ID=360041 One guess only allowed. We have permission from the owner of the horse and the Chuck Givens Born to Win sale. Oh this is so much fun! I am working on the prize -maybe Renew Gold gift certificate. |

| Can previous winners guess again, or is there a time limit, like wait a couple months or something? Although lightning typically doesn't strike me at all, so it happening twice is probably a stretch! |

Well ok, maybe that wasn't THE ONLY reason. . . I guess I need to go back and look at the ad again to see what all the fuss is about the rider, I never pay much attention to riders I just love looking at the horses and see how they move in videos, lol guess I'm just to focus on the horse I reckon.

Is there a buy back rule or a reserve allowed on these horses? Obviously we have no idea the previous owner's circumstances but just curious if they could no sale them if they chose to. |

They did have a reserve set on some of these horses and they didnt sell, there was a pretty little buckskin mare that was only trail rode I cant remember if she got any bids at all, but I think I heard 1100.00 on her but she didnt sell and there was a few really nice colts that went threw and some were po'ed. I think on Rips Famous Fame the owner was happy with what she got because she let him go, I was shocked at that price, I really thought he would go for alot higher, he sure is a turning dude and works 110% I liked how he looked, oh well |

As long as the owner is happy! For some it is not about the money anyways, and I totally respect that. |

Location: LuluLand~along I64 Indiana | This is a young sale that has year after year brought quality horses. Please keep that in mind when you are crusing catalogs looking for that next one to put into your herd. (this sale might bring you the biggest bargin ever) I think that another bidder or two at this sale and Rip would have went alot higher priced. But isnt that the same for all sales? Breeders can bring great horses but if the bidders dont come...... |
