I bery quickly skimmed a few of the links he quoted specifically for PPI and they do NOT say what he has summarized. (And actually, most of the links are not actually links to studies; they are links to analyses of prior studies (some even as old as 1980).

Not saying we don’t need to exercise caution when giving our horses or ourselves medications (because we do!!) but I feel he is drawing conclusions that have not actually been PROVEN. Most of the links I clicked on said “may” "slightly" contribute and that more studies are needed. That is different that what he says “data that showed that PPI's significantly INCREASED FRACTURE RATES. “
