Moving to Arizona in about 2 months. We are not having any luck finding any rentals with property.  Does anyone know of some good places/websites to look on? I have hunted FB and Craigslist with no luck. Trying to stay between Wickenburg and Casa Grande..

Look up “My Home Group Sonoran Desert” on FB. My friend Kim is a realtor in Wickenburg and she’s an amazing lady!  I’m sure she’ll be able to help you out!

it will REALLY be tough trying to find a rental this time of year.  You have all the snowbirds heading that way & rentals are just very hard to find - especially with any land at all or being able to have any animals.  Good luck, it's going to be tough.

There's some nice places on the market now, have considered buying instead of renting?

This was our realtor when we bought our house in Maricopa almost 2 years ago. He lives just down the road from us, he's a good guy. Maybe he knows of something?

AZ Property Man

It's a sellers market down here right now, the housing market is up and so are rental prices. In fact, horse property rent is easily as high or higher than most house payments. So pickings are slim!

I know of a nice listing for $220,000 in Tonapah, 3.59 acres with 2 RV hookups, house and 7 stall mare motel and pens.

Try The Classified Horse website..

Facebook has sites , "Arizona horse and tack", and several other sites.

I do agree, it'll be hard to find a place.. snowbirds flock to Arizona in the winter.

Good luck!
