Unfortunately thieves stuck the barn last week. Took basically all my saddles. It's been a mess! I am pulling out some saddles from the house that I set aside for memories or trophy reasons. But I am having hell fitting one horse. I had a Reinsman molly Powell flex tree on her and it worked amazing. Sadly it's gone and I'll probably never see it again. But until then I still need to ride and train. This is a trophy corriente I won years ago. I have absolutely never liked it, used it on colts primary. But I don't think it fits her. Presses hard on my hand when I feel under. I don't think padding up is going to fix anything. I am working on trying to secure a few saddles of nicer quality to maybe get me by till funds are available to replace what has been taken. I have not worked her in it just been hotwalker/lunging her. I feel like this isn't going to work but I figured I would try for another opinion. This mare is cow and built down hill. Her left shoulder has always been bigger then her right from a accident. The tightness is on that left side more than right. I just don't think this style of bars or gullet fits her at all. I've got multiple pads still available, guess the thieves didn't know the value of 5 star pads. I've got 3/4 to inch and a sensor flex classic. Sorry I thought I took a side view apparently not  I can snag it in the morning if need be

I would say that saddle is not a good fit. I would sacrifice riding time until you get a saddle that fits. As i'm sure you know, an ill fitting saddle can cause a lot of damage in a short amount of time.

It looks like its too narrow and pinching her.

Just looks too tight, I want more of a flair in the gullet area.
