Prayers that this rally stays peaceful, alot of angry people in the crowd..

I hope it stays peaceful! An older gentleman at the gun range was telling us the other day his son will ne attending this rally out there and there was rumours of antifa joining in to support gun rights ... imagine that... he told me he was worried sick about his son.

That rally has got to be so nerve racking for the familys, but By Golly I'm so glad that they are standing up for their rights as gun owners. Prayers for all the men, women at this rally and prayers for the parents of these young people that are at this event

Antifa won't be there to support gun rights. They will be there to start something.  

Sadly, I am posting this, knowing that the Governor of Virginia has declared a State of Emergency in our state.

I want you to be aware of how we are being set up.

.....and isn't it ironic that the same people who invite, condone and protect the tens of thousands of criminals fleeing from foreign countries so they'll be out of reach here, are in league to take guns away from the citizens who need them to protect themselves from this element........you know like the illegal who just sexually assaulted and murdered a 92 year old woman and the three who kidnapped and sexually assaulted a 14 year old girl.  Those guys.

Please forgive me if this is totally ignorant... I dont watch much tv or listen to talk radio on politics etc etc... I try to avoid it, in fact because honestly, it stresses me out. I know it may sound like I'm checked out on the world's goings on... but why did this all come about and in Virginia? Who is behind this rally? 

The rally is being put on by patriots against the overreaching democrap legislators and governor in VA passing laws to take 2A or restrict it severely.  They are demonstrating against their overreach.  It's just the beginnning. Every democrap government across the country is doing the same thing in increments.  

Think of it like the fable of the frog in a pot of water. He doesn't realize he's being boiled alive until it's too late. Well the people are awake and they realize what is happening. 

Any gun owner in VA is very aware of what is happening. We have a plan to move the whole safe a bit south if needed. 

But the real deal is more the red-flag law(s) that may be passed rather than losing our right to own. I honestly feel that this will all come down to a few restrictions, not a disarming. But the red-flag laws are 1000% scary. So I'm not known as the nicest person on earth, I wear my emotions kinda on my sleeve, and I even tho I'm a hermit at heart, I do have contact with other humans on a daily basis. So I piff someone off a bit, they know or find out my address, they know I'm a gun owner. Next thing you know we get swarmed and doors are being kicked in and who knows if shots would be fired. Not only would we be under suspicion of starting WWIII due to the number of guns and rounds, but we have a pharmacy of powerful injectable drugs! All this because I piffed off a liberal somewhere in my day. Or maybe not even a liberal? 

We've all heard and read about the people who this stuff has happened to. It can. It will. If the red-flag laws are passed. 

The rally today was peaceful. The only peeps stressed about it was the press. No show, no story. 

Red flags laws ARE the incremental restriction and eventual removal of guns.

Chandler sent me a pic from the rally showing deputies from, I believe Grant county, in and out of uniform with a sign saying "We support 2nd Amendment rights."    God bless them and all the ones standing up in VA.

Many many counties have declared 'sanctuary' on this issue. And many police/sheriff departments have declared they will not enforce. Virginia is just too close to the center of power to not be affected by the liberal loonies. 

I've never 'belonged' out here. I am midwest born and bred and have always been rather 'redneck' compared to my neighbors and co-workers. OMG - the reaction I get from other horse peeps around here when I tell them I don't have a barn!!  You'd think I was the worst animal abuser ever! 

I would have never dreamed our great nation would be where it is today. . . I don't know WHY I felt like that, but I did.  I can see this overall situation going wrong in so many different ways. 

Glad to know this type of sanctuary is one I believe in!

It was pretty plain via soundbites from CNN and MSNBC (Hannity calls them MSDNC), they were desperately wanting violence so they could say "I told you so."  They were all calling these demonstrators white nationalists and militia, white supremists........always makes me cringe when white people are mischaracterizing white people.  Come on lib media, you have very few minority commentators.  Don't go after white people.  Oh and there were also minorities in this crowd of demonstrators.

I heard of only one person being arrested for what ever reason it was. I'm sure that CNN and MSNBC were really disappointed.. LOL

The one they arrested was wearing a mask and had refused to take it off.  That was a no-no.

Our local news station yesterday (WRAL)  here in NC posted in the morning saying it was all white men there, some in camo. To bad every picture that i have seen showed a totally different picture. But that just shows how the news likes to twist tales and how if for some reason you only read that (and drank the koolaid) you might believe it. There were a ton of comments showing pictures and so many people shaking their heads at the fake reporting

This is one of the reasons I have become involved in politics in the past couple of years -- to make MY voice heard.  I believe in private land ownership, the sanctity of life, the 2nd Amendment -- totally support our Constitution.  In the last part of my corporate career I traveled the USA alot -- and was horrified by what so many cities and urban areas believe about rural folks, farms and animal owners.  Many folks I met were absolutely shocked I was a born southerner AND had higher education!!!  The image many have of folks in  rural areas is scary to say the least..... they believe we are stupid and militant racists requiring government supervision and have no business owning anything, least of all land or animals.  Wake up folks -- get involved and let your voice be heard before it is too late.  The only people who will save us from losing our country and our rights is people like you and me. We must stand up and be heard.  If we spend all our time on our farms, ranches and in the barn, we are going to lose it all.... become informed, become involved -- help change the narrative and assure our future!

I saw a bunch of pics and videos yesterday and there was a nice mix of people.  This about sums it up. The patriots handled themselves really well.  There was only one incident that I heard about. The guy wouldn't take off the mask on his face.  What does that sound like to you??

Mike Bloomberg will buy his way to the top.  Yes, this former Republican mega billionaire will emerge in the coming months.  This is the guy who advanced "stop and frisk" (mainly of Blacks), and he also came up with a brilliant nanny state idea of limiting the size of sugary soft drinks in NYC.  The idea of a rich white old man rising to the top of the Democrat party will be fun to follow.  Liberal progressive Democrat heads will explode.....and Blacks will continue flocking to Trump.  

Sleepy Joe is toast after super tuesday so is warren. Bernie and mayor pete and miget mike are all going to the convention close in dielagate count. Bernie will most likely have a small lead miget mike will come in second and close behind will be mayor mike. No one will get enough delagates after the first round of voting. Hence comes in the super delagates on the second round and a brokered convention. Now comes the fun part. None will get enough votes on the second round because bernies bros will not give in to the dnc. So on round three all hell is going to break loose and at this stage they can nominate anyone. At this point I have no idea who they will bring up but I am leaning to a Dem Gov.  But after 2016 this time bernies delagates are going to fight to end and don't see who they would take in his place. Thats my take we will see if I am right but it's going to be fun fun fun to watch.

Sounds exactly like Oregon. There's a super majority in both sides of congress and the governor is a liberal hack.  Every time we turn around there are six new taxes or increase in existing fees or taxes. The most ridiculous of those is a tax on MATTRESSES! I kid you not.

We already have a tax on rainwater runoff.  The city taxes businesses on their roof square footage. It's called a stormwater charge. Like they want us to think they are actually treating water that runs off the property and into the ditches.  They don't. The water goes into the ditches and ends up in a farmers field somewhere. Not in the water treatment plant like the sewer lines.  It literally doubled the water/sewer bill. 

There have been a lot of protests in the state capital by normal every day folks.  But it's not having much effect.  

As far as who they will pick as the dem candidate, I really don't think about it much. But I do listen to webcast by people who do. They think the current set of candidates is going to go by the wayside and the dems will pick someone not currently running. Michael or Killary are the two they think might show up. Even if it's in a VP role. I don't know and I don't care.  Whoever they pick will not stand a snowballs chance in hell of beating President Trump. 

Sadly other than possibly Joe Manchin the Dems don't have anyone in the Congress or the Senate who doesn't present themselves as mean-spirited and hateful.  Who do they have to run?
