| My friend is trying to keep her horse in show coat for a reining show in April. Literally she has bought a little bigger, a little smaller, different denier. This horse rips them off. She has been out of them in the morning. You can hear her bucking, rearing when a blanket is left on her. Has anyone had one like this? Suggested blankets to purchase. Are there any guarenteed not to be chewed off/ riped? We have her under lights but in Michigan a blanket is really needed if you don't have a heated barn. Any suggestions to get her to like her blanket would even be welcome... :) thank you. |

| Bitter Yuck from chewy.com for the chewing. Rambo for the strongest blankets. |

Location: Illinois | The SmartPak Ultimate is extremely durable, I've had one go through a wire fence 2x and a wood fence 2x now, still not a tiny tear on it. And you get free replacment for 10 years, just have to pay to ship them back for the exchange is all. Or if you don't like it you can return & get a full refund |

Location: Illinois | The SmartPak come in 2 styles, the SmartPak or Rockin SP. It'll say online which to get for the body type of the horse. I got a Rockin SP for one and it ended up rubbing his wither so they let me return it undamaged for the full refund of store credit & I bought the other style with it. Can do that also if say you get a new horse that needs a different size. Just return it for credit and repurchase. They're really easy to deal with. I've had a front clip break & I asked about it on their chat & the enxt day I had a replacement at my door free of charge. They've been awesome, I now own 7 or 8 of the blankets & sheets |

So this horse is like the little kid that would pull off all his clothes in school are church, ha ha ha ha....If you have to keep blanketed I would just buy the ones on sale and the cheapo ones since this horse like's to rip them off, lol. I dont think I would be spending good money on them if this is the way you always find them, just buy the cheapest. |

Thats why I suggested the free replacement ones. Yeah she spent $160 on it and it lasted 5 days, but she can send it back and get a new one for free 50x in the next 10 years, or however long or however many exhanges needed. Or next year just leave the horse naked & not waste time/money on blankets at all |

| Bitter Yuck is the only this that's worked on my monster. I wasn't about to let him turn a PHT sheet into a chew toy. He's AWFUL about shredding things and that spray is working. |
