Dumb question, I am trying to add an new photo on here but I have resized it to as small as it will go and it says photo is to large. What size does it need to be? Thanks!

i want to say under 100kb.  Mine measures 125x191 pixles.  I can usually get a photo down small enough in the old microsoft picture manager program.

I'm guessing it didnt work?!! When I resize I use paints, works everytime.

I use to remember how to do this---where is the picture after I resize it???  I feel so goofy. .
