I have a 19 Colt LQ with ramp. I love it. Took me a long time to trust them because they had a reputation for less than stellar trailers. I have had a couple minor issues and they have been crazy good to work with warranty wise. My hot water heater quit working when I was on the road and they sent a Mobil tech to where I stayed for the night and it was replaced immediately. I guess weird stuff can happen.

I would get a piece of pool noodle to put on that for lack of a better fix.

Thats a really dumb design, I would have that latch replaced with a safer latch, if they arent worried about horses safty then I sure would be passing on their trailers. I can see how that happen, bad part/move on Lakota
