and have had a baby - how do you do it? I am currently talking a 2 month old baby. Looking for advice and tips. What you guys did when you went "back to work." I have been thinking I want to hire someone who can hang out here with me and him while I ride. Finding someone has been impossible though. Husband works most of the day but sometimes has afternoons off and helps out for a couple hours before dark. I really don't want to do daycare as I would rather go the baby sitter at home route but I am open to hearing what everyone has to say.

Thanks!

Call the local YMCA or United Way. They teach classes to certify baby sitters. Or check the churches for a mom's day out program.
