Their old taste was DISGUSTING. Like a cherry flavored tootsie pop and I couldn't handle it. They came out with a new improved version that's more lemonaide-esque and I like that one! But good god the old flavor made you want to gag! lol

I don't have as much energy as I would like however I'm sure that is because of the pain meds I am on for my back. You could also add Vita-Biome and that helps with the mood balance also.
