Father God, guide me today to do all things that will bring glory and honor to You AMEN 

The land of Israel is a good description of the Christian life " a land of hills and valleys" Deuteronomy 11:11. Hills and valleys, and sometimes both in the SAME day!  "You are the God of strength," immediately followed by "Why do You cast me off? V 2" Psalm 43. In some people, there are physical reasons for the manic behavior, a chemical imbalance or something medically wrong. Both often discontentment and despair are self induced. The fact is, today you can CHOOSE TO PRAISE or choose to pout.   Why do we get so down, so disquieted?  I, me, my in 5 verses , he used these prounouns.  One reason we can be depressed is having an unhealthy fixation on ourselves, my problems, my feelings, my needs, me, me me.... if you look closely you will discover not only the cause of depression but the cure. The psalmist began with a plea in the valley, but five verses later he was praising God on the hills. He came to realize a healthy ATTITUDE CAN CHANGE a distortion...it's NOT about us, IT IS ABOUT GOD!  It's not about your weaknesses; God IS YOUR STRENGHT...like this psalmist, CRY OUT TO GOD.  FOCUS on His deliverance, His defense, and His absolute dependability. You can trust Him. Remember, it's not about You. It's about having a personal relationship with Jesus.  Psalm 43:1-3 Vindicate me , O God, and plead my cause against an ungodly nation; Oh, deliver me from deceitful and unjust man!  For YOU are the God of my strength; why do You cast me off? Why do I go mourning becaue of the oppression of the enemy?  Oh, send out Your light and Your truth! HOPE IN GOD, for I shall yet PRAISE Him, the help of my countenance and my God. For it is WITH God ALL things ARE POSSIBLE Matthew 19:26

STOP! Asking God why me?  ASK God USE me....life perspective will change your relationship with Jesus..Live life so those who know you but don't know God will come to know God because they know you. THAT IS LIFE PURPOSE AMEN. DO ALL things that will bring GLORY AND HONOR TO God...
