Location: Randolph, Utah | I'm currently feeding purina ultium gastic and my horses do good on it but I've had hell getting it this spring. The local feed store is out of it half the time and one day they had 2 bags and one was so hard I couldn't pick it up. I'm considering switching to Bluebonnet Omega Force. OF is a little more per bag than the Ultium but I can get it on chewy.com so I don't have to worry about the feed store not having it. Has anyone made the switch between the 2? |

| I'm going through a similar situation. I was having to drive a little over an hour to get my bags of gastric care. Then I was so excited when my tractor supply started to carry it. Have been getting it there for a year. Always fresh. Noticed last couple times that it's the same pile of bags sitting there that were made In February. I won't feed anything over 90 days so I was hoping they would be getting fresh bags. Went In this morning and it was the same ol last 2 of the February. I asked them and they said that Tractor supply stores won't be carrying it anymore. So I called my origional store over an hour away and same thing , doesn't seem to be selling so not carrying it. I did some quick research on my phone in the store and decided to go with the strategy Healthy edge that has outlast in it. Seems to be very similar ingredients and less fat. Both of mine are easy keepers. |

Both of mine are easy keepers. We have 3 on HE (and have for several years), and we really like it. They are easy keepers too. The dark sorrel, black, and buckskin are the three in HE. The other two big boys are on Sr Active.

Location: Wonderful Wyoming | I used Ultium Growth years ago and liked it but I have become a big fan of Bluebonnet feeds. My stallion gets the Omega Force and looks wonderful. He maintains his weight and energy while breeding and doing ranch work. I order mine from Chewy.com otherwise it is a 3 hr drive for me. They discount if you do autoship and all my bags have been fresh. They are a little slower getting to me with this covid crap so I just order more at a time or ship faster. It is honestly the same price I was paying before if not a little lower. |

| I feed Triple Crown Senior but was wanting to switch to something else for the performance horses. I have two bags of BB Omega Force coming so I'll let you know what I think. I used to feed Ultium but my horse wouldn't eat it anymore after awhile - he has issues with hindgut ulcers and even after treating him there was something about the Ultium that set him off again. Haven't had any issues with the TC Senior but BB is who supports the Stride Animal Health hindgut program that I orginially ran him through. So we'll see! |

| I started with Triple Crown Senior, then complete, then my horses turned their noses up to it all together. Went to Ultium Competition (gastric care wasn't here) and just made the switch to Omega Force a month ago. Not even 1 week into it, my gelding's personality changed for the better, then he started to fill out. He's always been a bit ribby and needing a topline, but on this feed it's a totally different story. I won't be switching to anything else! (I also took him off zesterra and tried CEP Gut Check instead and he LOVES it). |

Location: Randolph, Utah | Thank you all. I"ve been able to get ultimum for now so I haven't made the switch. I still might switch just for the convenience of ordering through chewy.com |

Location: Under The Big Sky Of Texas | I choose BlueBonnet over anything, and all the big name feed is easy for me to get here, but BlueBonnet is who I choose and been a BlueBonnet fan for years. And if you choose to get your feed threw Chewy its always going to be fresh, when I was getting some special feed for a special guy I had it was so darn fresh.. |
