We have some stored hay from last summer that we are trying to finish feeding before starting new hay. Well it appears that bumble bees have taken over the hay. Have not found a nest but when I pull out a new bale, a few would fly out. This morning when I was loading hay into the Gator, I got stung 3 times. Could not get away from them fast enough.
So I have a 2 part question.
How do I get them out of the hay? and how do you treat a bee sting?
I would call a beekeeper. They will come out and find the nest, and then they will come late night or early morning when the bees are sleeping and remove them with a vacuum them relocate the hive.

My son is going to move the hay with the cab tractor with forks because you cannot see a nest. Don't really want to kill the bees because I know they are important but that might not be an option.
