| I'm thinking of what I will breed to next year. I'm wanting to stay away from FDD as my mare is double bred. I am looking to get a quiet mind with some bone and I already have a Fire Water Flit bred 2 yr old out of this mare that I absolutlely love. |

| I say FGG all the way! We have a yearling that is very correct and a sweetheart to be around. She's responsive and wants to please on the ground, and so athletic. I've been around a few Irish Pays and they all had conformational issues (the mares had multiple previous foals that were correct and straight legged), so that really shied me away from breeding to him. That might not be the case with them all, but it definitely deterred me. |

| I really don't think you could go wrong with either! Choose one for next year and the other for the year after?! lol.
I have a 6yo Irish Pay gelding that I would take 100 more of. He has character and the most personality of any horse I've owned. He is well put together and balanced. Very user friendly. I have spent the last 3 of 4 years being pregnant and he has handled the time off and restarting very remarkably, always picking up where he left off. I can't stand to see him sit while I am pregnant currently so I did send him out for additional training this summer and I have gotten good reports back from the trainer.
FGG is on my short list. I haven't owned one but been around several and they have very quiet demeanors but plenty of talent and what it takes to win. He is my #1 pick for my hotter FG mare. I decided to not breed her this year but it would have been to him if I had decided to. |

| We currently have a FGG out of a Dash For Perks daughter in the barn. He's quiet, laid back. 3 years old. Currently swinging a rope on him and will move up to the sled/live cattle soon. I think he probably didn't progress as quickly as the straight cow bred horses we've had. Kind of had to just slow down with him and let him find his own pace, but he is a good colt. Moves pretty and effortlessly. Barrel training is next on the list. Based off my experience with him, I wouldn't mind owning one. |

Location: Texas | I have a FGG yearling out of a race mare that I'm pretty partial to. He's a nice colt with a good mind. Make sure you like grays, because there's a 50/50 chance that you'll get one. |

| I have a two year old FGG out of a Stoli daughter and she is just a sweetheart! Always the first to the fence to see you. Really kind and willing disposition. I would definately take another one. |

| We have had a couple of each, including a pair of maternal sisters. Both sires made nice colts. The irish horses were maybe a little bit prettier but the FGG had more bone. The biggest thing I noticed (for what its worth) is the FGG used their hind ends more, were bigger stoppers. Not that the Irish Pays lacked considerably in that area, I just like one that really, really likes to stop and bury the hind in the turns. I will say one of the Irish Pays was packing a 9 year old girl all over the country and took great care of her. If I was going to breed again, I'd probably do FGG just based on my limited experience with how they use themselves but I sure wouldn't argue with another Irish Pay either. |

Location: Glendive Mt. | I bred my mare to FGG this year and I am beyond excited to see what I get, it has been a tough choice but I have talked to many people that have foals by him and they are very impressed with his offspring. His foals look strong and powerful with good minds. I have nothing against Irish pay he's a super nice stud. |

Our filly is out of the Thoroughbred mare Cryptic Smoke (Big Brown x Dont Smoke by Smoke Glacken). We have a full sibling coming in 2021. This is the mare in racing shape.

We think so too! She just loves being a momma. She's currently in foal to Jesses Topaz, plus her FGG embryo for 2021. She's an absolute sweetheart too, so we want as many foals out of her as we can- she's definitely passing along her looks and sweet nature! |
