My fitter recommended getting a treeless due to the differences in each horse. So just looking at options!

I have a herd of horses that are all different sizes and makes, from running to cow to hancock/driftwood back to running/cow lol My trusty corriente is getting too small for some although it's just right for a few others.

Looking at opinions on treeless saddles? Which to go with? 

My budget isn't big unfortunately due to a couple vet visits and vehicles breaking down, so we're trying to stay around that 1k and down range.. My good guy is out until 2021, and I REALLY need to take this time to get my colts going. BUT my two treed saddles don't fit either of the two I'm riding currently (just a tad too wide for a 7" FQHB), so we've been doing a lot of bareback barrel work lol

You might consider a saddleright pad to use with the treed saddles until you can find the saddle that works. I have a saddle being made and had to buy one thats a little to small for one horse but with my saddleright it works fine. They are extremely thin but protect the whole back and no pressure points. Hope that helps! 

I would stay away from the cheap brands of treeless saddles. They tend to crease easier and that creates pressure points that can make your horse's back sore. You'd be better off getting a used Bob Marshall or Circle Y, just make sure the seat isn't creased anywhere and that you use a pad with spine relief/cut outs if you opt for the treeless route. 

Keep in mind that treeless feels really different than treed, it's not impossible to get used to but don't be surprised if it feels whacky the first couple rides if you're used to a tree lol
