I bought som stuff on sale at the NFR. Mostly it was lett over merchandise - pair of twisted X driving Mocs in youth size, for example. BUT I have heard of venders offering sales at the end of NFR week. We always went at the beginning. I will say we were able to see really cool, handmade stuff we would never had seen if we hadn't gone. Custom heads y'all and breast collar from a small business owner, purse custom made, and a leather phone carrier I could attach to my boot top. Oh, and I got to talk to Mr. Dutton about bits and he recommended a bit for my horse that works awesome. My horse only likes his smooth dog bone mouth pieces. Do that was cool, wouldn't have had that experience if I hadn't gone. My daughter met Martha Josey when she helped work the Double J booth one year. If you have a chance, I'd go. Venders also have the new styles/colors for Professional choice, Classic Equine, etc.
I felt their pricing was reasonable. A lot of booths had deals, especially on jeans. There are definitely some expensive and high quaity booths but there are normal prices and some good deals!
