Does anyone know for sure how that PRCA and WPRA World Champions will be determined?  I was told that World Champions will be calculated based on the amount of money that would have been paid out if the WNFR was held in Vegas?  Is this true?  My friends and I play a Fantasy Rodeo game and I am trying to figure out what the rules are going to be this year.

Has anyone seen what the actual dollar payout will be?  Is is going to be substantially less than what is in Vegas?  Will the contestants still get the $10,000 bonus for qualifying for the finals?
