Who feeds Gastro Elm Plus and do you recommend it?  

I am needing something after Omeprazole.   

How long have you kept a horse on Omeprazole?

After omeprazole I have always used curost stomach. The horses love it and it's priced pretty good. No fillers.

I swear by it.  It is amazing or at least for my horse.  I treated my horse 60 days with omeprazole and then went on the maintenance dose of it.  For the weekend barrel races it it replaces having to carry omeprazole.  I put it directly on my horse's feed because he is a butt about giving it orally.

I have used this for awhile. I think its better than using nothing at all but I'm not sure if it actually does help my horse. I am getting ready to try Magnaguard. 

I used U Sheild for a while and saw good results. I only switched because my horse now only gets grain once a day and this stuff needs to be used twice a day.
