As Sheriff, elected by the people, if a crime is committed or suspected we have a duty not to only Investigate, but we must find solutions, remedies and approaches to curtail or stop anyone else from falling victim. The Sheriffs in all 159 counties are elected by the people of their County to serve and protect the Constitutional rights of the People. We all took an oath to defend and protect the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of Georgia with our lives. I saw and heard things in yesterday’s State Senate hearing that warrant an Investigation and or an oversight review. I saw and heard things that only our legislators can review, and if confirmed they need to place measures to ensure the Citizens their elections are fair, honest and accurate.

For instance, In law enforcement, if we are using handwritings to prove ones guilt or innocent , we have to have a handwriting expert as the witness to enter that as evidence against the accused . No untrained law enforcement Official can swear under oath the signatures/ writings are the same. I personally went and checked with my local election office to determine how the signature verification is conducted. The signature on the ballot is compared on the computer with your drivers license and or voter registration signatures on the State website, not a photo copy you mailed of your license because they are not requiring that. Do we have experts in handwriting comparison working at our polling places? If the Courts require handwriting experts, I would think the same standard needs to be applied in our votes. After all both sceneries have an effect on the future of the person(s) accused or voting

I am asking every Sheriff in this State to stand united and ask Governor Brian Kemp to call for a Special Session. The Governor took an oath, just as your Sheriff did. We must hold him to it and let’s all stand up for the Citizens we work for. One would think if the majority of the Sheriff’s would let their voices be heard, We might see our Governor order a special Legislative session.

This is not about overturning an election, this is not an attempt to attack our Governor, this is about protecting the integrity of our elections and serving the people of this Great State to ensure our Democracy is preserved and we have confidence in the voting process.

Out of 50 States, today, the State of Georgia looks like a bunch of clowns that can't get an election conducted. That in itself deserves a special legislative session ordered by the Governor NOW before we see round 2 in January!!!

Brad Raffensperger, with you being an elected Offical and a Constitutional Officer just as the Sheriff’s of this State and with Sheriffs and their Deputies having State wide jurisdiction, I am volunteering my Staff of Investigators, at no cost to assist, help or Investigate any complaints or suspicious happenings in our elections. You have over 250 complainant with limited Investigators. We are here to help in attempts to expedite the process to bring confidence to the voters if needed.

To the great people of this State, Not only do you need to call the Governor and request a called Special Session, you need to call your Sheriff, remind them that they work for you and they took an oath to protect your rights. Ask them to be vocal and ask the Governor for a special legislative session. The Sheriffs of the State of Georgia are the highest elected Offical in their County. Together we Should be able to make something happen at the gold dome. The people need us, our State Senators need us and most importantly our Democracy needs us. Do this for yourself, your Citizens, your kids and grandkids.

I ask everyone to pray for God to show the truth , whatever that may be, restore faith in our Electorial process and use those he has put in position to fix the gaping holes we currently have in this process. I pray God will bless the State of Georgia and The United States of America in which we love.
