Just curious how their minds are, ease of breaking etc.  also, do you know if any of his babies are cribbers?

I would say that they are going to require an experienced hand.

Most betties need not apply. {disclaimer} that is a blanket statement in no way directed at or about anyone or anything

My 2019 Eddie son is quite a handful. Once he learned how to get his halter off, he then learned how to behave when he didn't want to be handled. He's currently in his third month with a trainer. Trainer says he is incredibly smart and she loves teaching him. So like above comment....betties need not apply (oops, too late).

That said, we love him and will continue to keep him in the right hands to set him up for a successful life.

My Eddie has been super easy.  As a weanling he was quite a handful but he quieted down.  He is coming four now and he has never bucked and has been really easy to start.  He has had some tiny fits but nothing terrible.  My husband broke him as a late two year old. He has a little bit of spook but nothing terrible.  My husband started heading the sled on him this fall.  Super athletic and easy.  I would definately get another!

The one I had could run like the wind....right past every barrel.  With the right "help", could make a winning run.  No good after one run.  Most make their mark as disposable futurity horses, never to be seen again.
