Hey y'all! I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on a bit thats like the martha josey go around bit with a nose band or something that is a step up. It has to be mullen mouthed or a 2 piece. TIA

Please describe the issue you're having with the current bit so that we can make a more educated suggestion.

Less bend? More lift? More whoa? What is happening and what are you trying to accomplish? Why the mullen mouth or a 2 piece? You may be able to stick with the same bit but maybe do some exercises or drills to help with your issue. :

Less bend? More lift? More whoa? What is happening and what are you trying to accomplish? Why the mullen mouth or a 2 piece? You may be able to stick with the same bit but maybe do some exercises or drills to help with your issue. :


Its not really a issue, I am just trying to add more bits to my arsenal as I am somewhat of a bit hoarder lol. My mare currently runs in the go around bit and I love it. I was just saying a mullen or a 2 piece because that is what she prefers and due to me not getting any more horses soon, I am adding bits that would work for her. I also run her in a jim warner hack becuase she is so bendy. Thank you so much!

A Junior cow horse is always a good one to have around.
