If a high profile stallion was once enrolled in a top incentive, but is no longer, what will that do for his foals? I know it's variable how long each program will allow progeny to compete once the stallion is no longer enrolled, but I wonder what that will do to the market value of the foals?

For example, Eddie Stinson no longer being a Pink Buckle stallion. He's still Ruby and other incentives. I'm not sure when they pulled him or why, but it makes me curious since his foals did so well and how the market will value his foals now. I haven't heard of his foals doing much in the rodeo world, so I'm wondering what's next?

ETA: not meant to be an inflammatory post, just merely curious how things like this play out. I guess I haven't given it much thought before.

I think for a lot of people it won’t matter. He’s proven himself as a sire. A lot of people don’t have the money to play the incentive game and therefore don’t care if foals are enrolled or not they just want a nice baby from a proven stallion that they can be successful with.
