| In this situation with NASCAR and CM, woke is used as an insult and refers to going the same direction as other professional sports, entertainers/entertainment have gone. Bowing to a certain culture, injecting politics, and social issues. By doing so they have lost viewers, followers. Regardless, running a PSA during NASCAR or CMT, etc. will not reach the volume of "white" conservatives their closed minds think it will. It was insulting to think they could. |
