"Mom"
This was Lt. Tracy Algers. She grew up in Wisconsin and joined the Army after 9/11. Tracy loved rodeo and barrel racing and was on the rodeo team at River Falls. She also served as the president of the Wisconsin Girls Barrel Racing Association. Tracy was killed by a roadside bomb in Iraq in 2007. 2nd Lt. Tracey Algerts was the inspiration for our program Honor Tags for Heroes. That is the program where the top 15 wear specially made tags to honor the women who have fallen serving our country.
Thanks for starting this post Roxie! It is so good to our members at BHW join together to honor those who have paid the ultimate price for serving our country.

I thought maybe more members would have joined in but I'm thinking they were away from their computers/phones and at family get- togethers, But I just wanted to make sure that we honor these Heros on here, they so deserve this!!!!

Chris Kyle's wife was on FOX the other morning. If the pictures of his funeral procession and hundreds of people lining the streets with American flags as the hearse passed didn't bring a tear to your eye, nothing would.
