Horses that paw will dig out a hole, mine clear down to aluminum flooring. I'd use a mat but that will move with their pawing??So now I'm searching for something that'll permanently fill a strip along left side that they cannot tear up. HoofGrip supposedly has a product called StompGuard for that purpose. We will see....
I saw pictures on FB the other day of Polylast floors that had recently been done & there were holes - where the hind feet go! Their installer had originally told them they had such a great warranty & when contacted, they said the owner's horse was "stomping" it's hind feet too much & stomping wasn't covered. I've not been impressed with the Polylast or HoofGrip, etc - they are all similar. (the porous ones). I much prefer my werm floor.
