My laminitic horse is still doing great but I sure would like to find a sole pack/ paint that I can use on his sore days and after farrier visits. Lol. I love magic cushion but when it's inside an expensive cloud boot it doesn't end well no matter how much I wrap or try different wraps. Lol. But it sure works amazing. If you have any ideas please share them.

FinishLine Easypack!  Washes off like mud/poultice but stays in the foot and stays moist without wrapping.  Barefoot you will probably need to wrap though.

I have a mare that has really soft soles. Especially when I shoe her. I use Equi-Pak CS and have good results with it. Your horse shoer will have to put the mesh in between the shoe and the hoof. Then take the Equi-Pak and cover the whole sole. It is squishy when it dries. Good luck!

Jim Rickens sole paint

it's not sticky but it will leave a stain (like iodine)  ;-)

I like Keratex hoof hardener, it dries in a minute or two. I've had the best luck with it for my guy with laminitis since he has thin soles. I just put it on once a day for a few days & then twice a week until the farrier comes again.
