| Those of you that have the flexineb, have you had problems with the battery pack not working? I just bought mine in June, charged it and got one treatment. Called the company, they told me to uplug the battery to reset it and then plug back in and recharge it. I needed it this weekend and got 2 treatments out of it and it wouldnt work the 3rd time. the 1-2-3 light up then turns red. The battery light shows its fully charged. I have a call into the company again, but the service tech, wont be in until tomorrow. It is really smoky here and I would like to be able to give a couple of treatments. If you have suggestions, that would be great. Thanks UPDATE.... I called the company and they are sending me a new battery pack. Thank heavens for good customer service.

I just got mine in June as well. I have only charged mine once so I hope mine doesn't have the same issue. I had an Equiresp before and it never worked right. |
