How does this aluminum floor look to you?  There are some holes drilled in the middle of the floor I guess for drainage.  I have only seen them at the top and bottom corners, never in the middle.  This belonged to a friend of mine and she is getting out of horses but when she did use it she always pulled the mats on a regular basis.  She said the holes were there when she bought it.  I don't see any pitting or holes otherwise. The frame underneath looks solid.

Looks OK to me, but goodness why drill holes in the aluminum floor of a trailer, I would pass out if my hubby did that to my trailer, when my trailer is unhooked from my truck I just make sure the nose is higher then normal so the water or pee will drain out threw the back area. Now the manger was a mess, we did have to make a drain for the water that stayed in the mangers after a rain, I dont know why this was not done when the trailer was builted. Just a stupid design on the manger part

My LQ only has holes in the corners and it is aluminum.  These holes are only drilled in the first stall, it is a two horse.  It looks factory done and nothing underneath explains why they are there.  I am extra cautious with aluminum floors.  I have seen the results when a horse puts a leg through one.

We made a drain hole in the mangers in our LQ too.

Looks like normal wear and tear to me.

I'm not sure what the big deal is about having a drainage hole here or there. I wish mine had them becasue my mare pees all the time. Huge PITA always having to clean under the mats because the urine just lays under them. I can't wait until I have enough saved to do the werm flooring.

I have seen aluminum floors that were eaten up with electrolysis that had holes the size of a 50 cent piece all over. The floors in the OP post look OK to me, as much as I can see from the pictures. You would be amazed how bad some aluminum floors can get if the sub-frame is steel.

Drilling holes in a Aluminum floor is easy, you could do it yourself or go to a local Mechanic and have them do it for you.
