Does anyone have any experience with the NexGen compound of Diclazuril, Levamisole, sulfadiazine and pyrimethamine?? I was between using that vs the protazil pellets. The concentration of diclazuril is significantly higher in the compound so my thinking is that it would be more effective but that isn't always the case.

Protazil is a great product. It's lower strength than the Diclazuril/lev. /Rebalance mix because it's dry (a salt) vs. the compounded version being liquid. Both are great products, very effective.

I am currently using a sulfadiazine and pyrimethamine compound from my vet. We are on month three of treatment, have seen tremendous results so far. My guy is still a little weaker going to the left, but with time we are hopeful that will go away. I have, with the exception of the first week continued with his fitness and riding him.
