Stay safe all my fellow Midwesterners.  80-100MPH winds along with severe weather and tornados are in the forecast.

Our area was hit with an EF-2 tornado with 115mph winds.  We have damage to most of the outbuildings and a lot of trees down.  We've worked for three days trying to clear all the tree carnage.  We fared better that a lot of other farm acreages.  I am so thankful I put the horses in their stalls before the tornado came through.  My horses are in dry lots, and it would have been disastrous if I had left them out.  With debris flying and smashing into the fences and other buildings, The horses would have been right in the line of fire.  I'm sure it was beyond scary for them but they were at least safe.  They had to stay in there stalls for over a day until we could get the lots cleared, fences fixed.  Again we fared better than most in the path of the tornado, I have so much to be thanful for! God is Good!
