After one too many posts about fires, my already paranoid self is on over drive...

What do you all use for fire alarms in your barn? I would need something to alert me in the house or away from home. We have spotty wifi in the barn but I do have a wifi extender I can try. I looked into the Google Nest but the reviews are terrible.

We are also looking to install a simple security system so maybe there is something that can be joined with this? Let me know what you all use!

thank you!

Hubby is a retired firefighter. I just asked him cause I to would like a fire detector in my barn. He said the problem with a regular detector is it will collect dust & then not work. He said to get simply safe fire detector since you have wifi & put it over where you store your hay because smoldering hay will set off a detector before lets say a fan fire. Hope that helps

You will need to ask the company how loud it is
