I need to do some research on Top Shelf Breeders. I hadn't heard of that one yet.  I have 3 that are Tomorrow's Legends.  Both incentives are new. 

I have competed at races that have had the TL side pot monies available.  No additional entry fee.  They respond quickly when you contact them with questions via email or FB Messenger.  I do like that whoever the nominator is can also be the breeder if the actual breeder did not nominate the horse.  In other incentives, I pick up a horse that is eligible to be nominated and I pay in the nomination, but I do not get any future monies for paying in the horse in the incentive once a new owner continues to compete on the horse.  I have to write it off as an investment for re-sale of the horse.  The breeder will be elitigle for those future checks.
