I like the mare's pedigree.  The stallion is nice, although not a full sibling to Rosas Cantina CC, but closely related.  I'd give it a try.

You never know if the OP needs a local stud, etc. so I answered as well as I could.  Not a bad cross.  Maybe a little on the hot side.  I breed to sell, so my goals are different.

My opinion....Streakin Jewel is a good broodmare racing sire....so speed there. I'd look at something along the lines of Frenchmans Guy, Dash ta Fame in a sire.
