Location: Texas Big Country | Has anyone tried this for sweet itch? I have a mare that I have tried everything on. Yes, wormed, fly spray, and tried every product on the market. She has an excellent nutrition program including sufficient Vit E and probiotics for gut health. The only thing that vaguely works is Fungusol. But it takes 1 jar every week to just hold the itch at bay. She gets it in her ears, on her face, shoulders, rubs out her mane and tail head. This stuff is spendy so I just wondered if anyone has any input before I buy and try. Thanks! |

Location: Tulsa, Ok | My gelding that gets no relief from any topical or feed thru product will get a shot of Vetalog tomorrow. He has just begun to itch. The shot will shut it down within hours. It will take two or three shots to get thru the summer, depending on weather etc.
