I'm going to Brazil in July and was thinking of buying a barrel saddle there since they are a lot cheaper... Does anyone have experience with Master Saddles? I've heard a lot of good stuff about them but recently a few bad ones, so I'm curious to see how y'all feel about them.

I had one. I did not  like how it rode. Took me a while and a stirrup change to make it work. I did like the 6.75 gullet as that seemed to fit my hard to fit mare really well. With that said it felt like the saddle was sitting uphill on her. Also the nylon used for the stirrup adjustment isn't the best quality. The hole stretched quite a bit. Enough that it threw me off balance and I had to shorten one side.

It didn't take long to resell. I only had it listed for a few days and I got almost what I paid for it.
