Has anyone had experience ordering trailer parts from e trailer. I have ordered some parts, shipping and delivery date keep changing, they have taken the money out of account and then put it back. They still say shipping is pending. I am thinking about cancelling the order, too crazy

I've ordered twice from them. Once in 2020, and once last August. No issues whatsoever on either order.

I just swapped all my drop window latches from etrailer. Ordered and had them in less than a week.

Is the part very old? Or obscure? Call them and see what the issue is because I've never had anything but good experience and used them a lot since my trailers have always been older.

I have ordered several times from them and always had good luck getting my parts quickly.
