It's a joint cushion, similar to Noltrex. It's collagen and elastin.
Much more expensive than HA/cortisone, but it's also supposed to ls much longer than HA/cortisone. Used it on one horse. Too early to tell on him. I have a couple friends that have used it with good results, again, too early to tell how long it lasts.

My filly had a small chip in her knee removed and when her sutures came out they injected Spryng. It was expensive (I think $600+) but the surgeon thought it was the best product to use. She was never lame with the chip so I don't know that we'll notice a difference but I have hopes for her having a long performance career so I wanted to give her the best I could.

I have a mare that tore the meniscus in her stifle. We used Spryng and ATS Acuscope/Myopulse Therapy and she healed in about half the expected time. Very pleased with the results.
