Has anyone used the Flexineb?  How far out do you use before a run and with what type of solution?  I understand a vet prescribes any specific medication solutions, but was also interested in general use before a run or general nasal passages cleaned out.  I see alot of people using nebulizers at races. Thank for any information.

Hi. I have the flexineb and use it 3 or 4 times during the week when I'm actively racing. I have taken it to races and did a session about an hour out before I ran. I usually do a session while i'm saddling. I use the Silver and sometimes during the week I will do a session with just saline solution. I live in Az and it hot and dry here. This helps alot.
