Hello everyone!

We are considering building a small covered arena.  Nothing too fancy as we have a pretty good size outdoor and all I want is a dry place to ride when it rains.  (if it is too cold, it is also cold in an indoor too LOL and man, indoor arenas are so expensive to build!)  So my question to you is the following.  We have found a kit that is made for equiptment, cars, etc.  Height  is 16 feet but it is more like a car port structure.  It can windstand winds over 150 mph.  the structure is all metal.  the size is 60x100 and the price is half of what any arena would be with installation included.  Have any of you have seen/rode/own in any metal buildings like this? is is worth to consider? Any thoughts, ideas, suggestions, pros, cons would be so greatly appreciated.  Thank you so very much in advance!

I know you said for rainy days.  In Oklahoma, I think a roof that's a bit taller will keep you and your horses from baking in the summer.  I'd like to have somewhere to ride in the shade without having an oven type of situation.  I'm sure with fans you can make it work.
