A friend of mine asked me to try and sell her husband's saddle.  He passed away a few years ago and she is not familiar with it.

It is a Billy Cook Greenville Texas Maker saddle.  I have searched and cannot find a serial number.  Any help in identifying this and its worth is most appreciated.

I have attached photos.  I could also use some help to size it - where to measure, etc.
