Location: Louisiana | I finally got another saddle so me and my mom would quit fighting over the charmayne...well now she has rode in a friends bob marshall and fell in love with it and thinks she just can't ever ride again if she doesn't get one too. So now I can have the charmayne all to myself, but she is bugging me every day to find her a treeless before the next run (which is not this coming friday, but next). She says she doesn't care what it looks like (but I know her and she would prefer one decked out or at least pretty nice), she just wants one asap. She needs a 16, and I have another friend who is wigging out for one who needs a 15 1/2. So anyone even thinking they might would sell theirs, please let me know, these women are dertermined and I'm their internet searcher and I'm getting tired!!! Help please!!! |

Location: Louisiana | Thanks guys for the help! I check ebay, tacktrader, ebarrelracing, horsecity, and this site 3 or 4 times a day. I have found one from tack trader, however I think the price is a little steep. I can add about 200 to the price of it and get a nice brand new one and this one is not fancy and you can tell it has been used pretty good. Thats not a problem, I just don't think it is priced accordingly. If yall think of any more websites or if you know someone who deals them, let me know. I appreciate it!!!! |

Location: Florida | Quite honestly, a LOT of the well made brands do a VERY good job of retaining their value, so the $200 difference may not be that far off... I know a lot of cutting saddles have actually INCREASED in value over the years, in lieu of decreasing....and I'm talking about working saddles, not collectibles... good luck in your search! |

Location: Louisiana | You make a very good point, it just shows lots use, and I'm one of those that would rather give a little extra to get something that I know where its been, and if its been taken care of. I guess I really need to find someone who deals them and see if they have one in stock. The only reason I am looking for a used one is to be able to get it quicker. |
