Location: california | I have the paint on Crest suff, Night Effects I think. I didn't see a difference, but people I meet comment on my teeth being white. I brush with the Colgate whitening, the gel and paste, and do the paint on twice a weeknow. I am a little obsessed... |

Location: Wisconsin | I also tried the Crest white strips and didn't notice anything, but my teeth aren't exactly stained yellow......... My dentist told me not to get the bleaching because it just wears your enamel right off, so now I'm too scared to do that too, don't want my teeth fallin out in a few years |

| I used the white strips for a while and noticed NO difference at all myself, not to mention they started to make my teeth super sensitive. But everyone else commented that my teeth were really white, so i guess they must have worked?? However, I'm not going to continue with them, after a while anything hot or cold was just way too painful to eat with my sensitive teeth. If I was trying to lose weight those would have made for a good diet. |

Location: on the computer | I have used the crest whitening strips a couple of times, and i really like them. Everytime i use them everyone always says how white my teeth look. I try to use them every six months. I asked my dentist about them and he said that they weren't harsh enough to kill your teeth |

Location: missouri | I have used the Crest White Strips and really liked them. Lots of people would comment on how white and bright my teeth were. But I feel the whiteness only lasts about 3 months for me. So I just buy another box... I have heard about Brite Smile, a procedure dentists will do, that whiten your teeth in one visit with some kind of light and gel. The cost around here was $400 and the procedure is about 1 hour. It is supposed to last a few years I think. www.britesmile.com If anyone has tried it please tell!

Location: Nowhere Special | I smoke and dring WAY to much coffee, needless to say I do some bleaching now and then.. I have always used the crest white stirps, they work GREAT, all except for the fact that my two front teeth are capped ( fell down the stairs as a kid) and they will not bleach the caps. Makes you realize just how yellow your teeth were at that point.. From here on out I'm just going to have the D do it.. |

Location: Teetering on the edge of certain regressions | The OTC whitenening systems work marginally. The best way is still to go to the dentist and have it done. They can make trays that you put a solution in and wear around the house as well. It will make some people's teeth very sensitive. Going to a dentist will make sure that it's monitored and if you have any problems that you can have some recourse. |

Location: on airplane in some other country | i have had the profesional whitening done and loved it. i must admit it made my teeth super-duper sensitive to the air the first day after. though, it did not make me not eat or drink. that would have been a double benefit. |
