G.W. had the Pope as a visitor and took him on the Potomac River in the Presidential yacht.  The wind soon whipped the Popes hat into the water.

After a scurry of secret agents to the rail, G.W. calmly held his hand up and stepped onto the water and retrieved the hat.

Stunned silence was the only sound as he walked back to the yacht and handed the Pope his hat.
