Location: Teetering on the edge of certain regressions | I posted last week that I was going to make an appointment with Toni for a reading. Well, I just finished. It really was amazing. I've already ordered the Star of Bethlehem she suggested for my colt. I feel bad for him, she knew so much about him and the problems he had because of where I took him to first get broke . Then I asked her about another horse that belongs to my husband. She picked up on the fact that he belonged to my husband and that he roped on him and also that he was a head horse. It was really neat. Another mare she told me her pole bothered her when she was rode and said it had something to do with a bit or tie down putting too much pressure there. We were told to ride the mare in a gag bit when we got her. I wish I would've had enough time to do the whole herd. Maybe next month I'll spring for another reading to do 4 more. I can't wait to try out the things she suggested. I was really worried about my colt because he bucked when he was first saddled and my husband thinks he's just a bronc. She said he was just hurting so bad from the first time he was saddled that he doesn't mean to buck, it just hurts. She told me things that only the horse could have conveyed to her. The good news is he's completely fixable with a little chiro and gelding. |

Location: Teetering on the edge of certain regressions | Actually he's still a stud, temporarily. She said he bucked because he hurt so bad. Apparently, when he was being broke the first person(my father-in-law) used some pretty rough tactics and he ended up flipped over and he tarped him. I didn't know any of this, until today. As a result it put him out in his jay, poll, withers, and hip. I was told he was just broncy. She told me he's not a renegade, just needs to be fixed. So, I'm getting him gelded, chiro, dentistry and some Star of Bethlehem and Rescue Remedy. She says he'll be a really nice horse once all that's done. He has trust issues with men right now, but the Star of Bethlehem is supposed to help with that too. |

Location: Teetering on the edge of certain regressions | I ordered the Star of Bethlehem and Rescue Remedy from Chamisa Ridge. No, he didn't ask to be gelded, what male would? lol Toni, said it would help him mentally from having to worry about breeding all the time. I'm really excited about his future now. |

Location: Teetering on the edge of certain regressions | The Rescue Remedy is supposed to help with anxiety. She said you can use it on yourself as well if you get really nervous before a race or whatever. She was very helpful and super nice. I will definitely call again. I told my husband that I had called her and he rolled his eyes and looked at me like I was insane. After I told him some of the things she said, especially about his horse he looked a little more convinced. But he is the same one who gave me no end of grief at first for wanting a photonic light and after I got it begs me to use it on his aches and pains and tells everyone how wonderful it is. |

I told someone this past weekend that I was considering calling Toni again and he didn't say a word. He may not admit it but she made a believer out of him. Glad you had such a good reading. Hey, I'm going to try to go to Canton this Sunday. |

Thanks What I do is pull out the bottom lip & drop 4 drops inbetween the lip & the gum.You can put 6 drops in their water bucket, but if they don't drink their water they won't get it. |

Location: Oregon | That is really exciting isn't it? The feeling that your horse is trying. I have an appointment with her tomorrow at 4 pm! I have one with sooo many issues I would like to touch base on him, and then the others it's little things and plus I think the insight into their personality is intriguing. I mean I know what WE SEE their personality is like but to have that proved is, well, invaluable to say the least.... |

Location: Teetering on the edge of certain regressions | I haven't said any thing to my father-in-law. I know he'd really give me a hard time for having a reading for my horses. He's the old school cowboy kind of guy. Toni said he just didn't know any other way of starting a horse. When she told me what happened to my guy she said he didn't blame me and knew I wanted to help him. Still made me tear up to think about how much he was scared and how he hurts and I agreed to send him to be started, so it is my fault. She also told me how nice he's gonna be and that when he gets done growing he'll impress my husband. She said he was gonna be around 1200 lbs when he's done. She also told me that she would send angels to help me find him the right home. My husband says I can't keep him. She gave me a lot of hope for his future and if he ends up running like I know he can, wow. |

Location: Carpenter, WY | Sounds exciting! Alot of the old school cowboys don't do a thing with the horse until they are long 2 yr olds and then break them the way your father-in-law did. Make a deal with your husband that if he gets to 1200lbs he'd be big enough to head off of..maybe you can keep him!! Make a great back-up or practice horse. |

She said he does know I want to help him and he seems to understand that I am limited on what I can do right now (I'm pregnant). Something kind of funny, she said my barrel mare thinks I'm having a boy. When I told her we were told the baby is a girl, she said that she would be a real tomboy. I go in for a 3D ultrasound on the 27th, it'd be pretty funny if the baby was a boy. She said my mare has enjoyed her break, but she is ready to go back to work when I want to. |

Location: MO | I love this topic. Has anyone gotten a reading they didn't like? Has their horse ever said, "I like my previous owner better, I want to go back", or "I don't want to run barrels" ? Splash, did you tell Toni you were pregnant, or did she know? |

You might find out things you didn't want to know or that might make you feel bad, but it's worth it IMO. She pinpointed so many things accurately. Can't wait to get all the stuff done that she recommended. |

Location: kansas | I was skeptical about Toni and getting an animal reading also. After doing alot of research and reading so many positive testimonials, I decided to give it a try. I had my reading almost 3 weeks ago. I only gave Toni the nicknames of my horses. She read three of them in a 30 minute period. I'll just touch on some of the highlights or this post would get extremely long: Toni told me my mare that I run barrels on was having a "breathing issue". She felt it was due to allergies. This is TRUE. The last couple of months my mare has appeared winded after making a run and had a dry cough while warming her up. She recommened ACV in her feed. Within a couple of weeks my mare was better. Toni said my mare had a hook in her mouth that was causing her trouble with her bit and eating her food. TRUE - I had noticed the past couple of weeks that my horse was leaving more grain on the ground than she was actually getting in her belly. I had her teeth done by an equine dentist last fall. I took her again and he couldn't believe it, but she had a ramp (beginning of a hook). She's doing great now. I have a 3 year old gelding. By just providing his name, she told me how old he was and that he was feeling good although his wolf teeth bothered him. I mentioned to her that he had been at a trainer last fall for a couple of weeks. Toni remarked that my colt bucked the trainer off and kicked him (true) and the trainer got mad and hit my colt hurting his leg. Fact: I had to pick my colt up after two weeks because he was lame. I could mention several other things but I think I've made my point. Toni is well worth your time and money. She has an amazing gift. |

I don't think they know the difference in bit types or the names of them. She did tell me that 2 of our horses needed bit changes because the ones we were using were causing them pain. My mare knew I was pregnant, I didn't tell Toni that part. The colt knew I wasn't able to do some stuff, but didn't seem to know what "pregnant" was. |

It's hard to say if the ACV is what helped because my horse's cough had started to subside by the time I had my reading with Toni. I've only had my horse for a few months so I don't know if she has seasonal allergies or what was causing the breathing issues. I figure the ACV supposedly helps in other areas too and is cheap to use so I had nothing to lose by trying it. |

Location: Teetering on the edge of certain regressions | My mare has had an owner be pregnant before. So maybe she understood from that? I don't know. I do know that pregnant women smell differently so maybe that's how she knew. The part about them not knowing the names of bits, I'm sure they understand what the bits look and feel like if they have had them used on them before, but a bit they've never experienced they wouldn't know. |
