Put an add in the paper..

When I was looking for someone I didn't want to have to put a "job opening" add in the papers, because I didn't want every kid that didn't have a pony calling me all day.. Word of mouth worked well for me.. My Hired man is WONDERFUL.. I wish I could clone him.. :)
