Location: ND | I've talked this over with Gail already & would like to get everyone together to go in on flowers / a memorial for Jenn's son Matthew Deller. I live close by and will actually be in Mandan this weekend so will be able to deliver everything in person for all of us. I've set up a new paypal account to take donations towards it. If anyone would like to go in on something please let me know. If you send a paypal please include your name & BHW name so I can include everyone on a card. The paypal account is under the email of bismarckhorseclub@artbysarajean.com I'm heading out to work horses and do some stuff in the barn so I won't be back in until this evening. But if anyone has questions just post here or shoot me a pm and I will get back with you then. |

Thank you, Sara, for doing this. I know -- especially as parents -- we just want to DO something.

She posted her address on her thread. I'll see if I can find it. If someone beats me to that, thank you in advance!
SJ, where can we find the funeral details...time, location, etc. (I'll look on the thread, as it may be on there but would be nice to have on this thread as well.) |

Location: CA | I was thinking a stone/ or wooden bench with a plaque that has his name, I think the stone ones can be purchased at the same place as a headstone memoriam place. Maybe arrangements could be made to place it at his school or a park or arena, or wherever his mom (Jenn) sees fit.

I like the stone idea or a bench. I think something the parents could take with them in case of ever moving. |

Location: The wonderful Big Sky State | Jenn - I am so sorry for your exclusion in the obituary. I can't even imagine the hurt in that but remember, they are only words. You are his MOMMA and you will always be his MOMMA. No amount of adult childness and bitterness will ever be able to take that away from you. You are in my heart as is your son. |

| Im so very sorry about being left out of the obituary, I cant even imagine how painful that was for you. As if the grieving process wasn't hard enough. Just know that you know you are Matthew's mom and Matthew knew that you were his mom and that's all that matters, his dad can't take that away, the memories you and Matthew shared together, and the bond that mother and son have. I often wonder why people do the things they do during these difficult times and we will never know what your ex was thinking, obviously he wasn't. Seems like true colors always show through at the most inappropriate times. |
