I only trust pht for my magnetic products and I think you'll find that to be the overwhelming opinion here.

The quality control is shady on the other brands, pht has a great write up about this and why it is important on their website. They are spendy but worth it. There's a used pht products group on Facebook too.

I had the DuraTech and a PHT. I didn't see a difference using either one on my gelding. I guess he didn't really need them? I don't know.

I did see a difference in my bay mare and my red mare with the DuraTech sheet on. They were both more relaxed and focused. I also saw how a DT sheet helped my friends mare go from a turd at the trailer to a lazy half asleep angel.

I have several friends who use the DT brand sheets and like them.

I had a Dura Tech blanket and all the magnets were backwards.  I switched to PHT.  If you go to the PHT website they show a comparison test.  That is my gelding they are talking about.  I'll never use anything but PHT magnetics.

I post this hesitantly, because I know - and I totally get it - that some horses really respond to magnetic blankets, and depending on the polarity, etc. But the U of Minnesota Ext summarized this article a few weeks ago, it might be worth the read if you are interested in magnetic blankets and their use.

i have 2 dura techs and love them. they have held up to heavy use for at least 5 years and still look new after you wash them. my horses are much more relaxed when wearing them. i would recommend them to anyone wanting to try out magnetic therapy.

Thank you for asking! I can't afford a PHT and I love to find out about the other brands. I'm not as familiar with Dura Tech and incredibly curious about all other magnetic products including Prof. Choice and Classic Equine Magntx. Who makes Dura Tech, do you know? Or are they their own brand?

I've used PHT blankets for years and would never use anything else. I have tried others but didn't get good results.

I have a DuraTech blanket I bought a few years ago. I rarely used it, so I never really noticed a difference either way. It's too big for the mare I have now, so I'll most likely be selling it. The quality as far as the craftsmanship is really nice.

I bit the bullet and bought a used PHT blanket. I'm excited for spring to use it and see what it does

Schneiders makes the DuraTech. It's the cheapest magnetic brand and the most easily accessible for the 'average' horse owner like myself. They have a good bit of reviews on their product page online for them. I spent a small fortune on PHT and I honestly didn't see a difference between the two brands. I know a ton of people love their PHT and I have nothing against them, great company. I just wish the sheets and other products were more affordable.

I plan on getting anothe DuraTech before the season starts back up. I had sold all my magnets when times got rough.
