     Location: Willows, CA | Production of Renew Gold is not back ordered, nor has it been. There is over 8000 bags available in distribution East of the Rocky Mountains today. All production and delivery orders are up to date, and have been without any delays from us. Either a regional distributor did not order enough, or your store is forgetting to order it and blaming their distributor (more common than you think). Feel free to call our office, 530 934 9300, and we would be happy to locate a store for you that has Renew Gold in inventory. |

If you take the Renew Gold Item number to them they will find that it is available right now. Just ask them to look up Tractor Supply item number 1054391 and it will come right up in any Tractor Supply store in the US. |

Honestly I think it is a Tractor Supply issue and how well their stores are managed. At this point I have the store managers personal cell number... The other day they were out not only of RG but also of oats. They are usually out of something and tend to blam it on everyone but themselves. |

     Location: Willows, CA | If you have any trouble finding Renew Gold in your area, or if your store says that it is not available or back ordered, here is the fast solution.
If you are East of the Rocky Mountains, call Manna Pro customer service and talk to Kat. She is lightning fast at solving any availability issue for customers in their market area. You can reach her directly at (800) 690-9908 Ext 705. She is the best at this that I have ever seen.
If you are in the Rocky Mountains or on the West Coast, call (855) 377-3639. That is my office and we would be happy to assist you.
If you choose to shop at Tractor Supply, and they give you a deer in the headlights look when you ask, tell them the Tractor Supply item number for Renew Gold is 1054391. If they look in their computer it will come right up. Any Tractor Supply store in the US can get RG with a simple order by using that number. They do not have to buy a large amount, and RG is in every Tractor Supply Distribution Center right now.
Once again, we are not back ordered in production, nor will we be. We are horse people too. I know how important it is not to start a program and then have trouble getting that program when you need more. We are here to help.

He asked if it was a supplement in a bucket or a bag. I was surprised. But then He suddenly decided he knew what it was and said they were out without even looking...

  Location: TN | I ordered 4 bags from my local Tractor Supply and promptly received them the next week. I then ordered 6 bags and have yet to see them.......that was 6 weeks ago. I have spoke with Kat and like Win said, she is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. However, through no fault of her own or Manna Pro, she could not help me with my problem. Called Tractor Supply customer service and actually spoke with a nice fellow who informed me that their distributor is out (no surprise). He did say that the distributor just did not order enough to meet the dealer demands. It is selling faster than they can keep it on shelves. So hopefully when I go by there this afternoon, maybe, just maybe, they will finally have it. Another note, the distributor will not ship less than 2/3 of a truck loaded with product. So if they don't have enough product coming from a certain manufacturer, they will wait (backorder) until they do. |

This is completely a Tractor Supply problem. They do not have to wait for a certain manufacturer to reach a sale point for more product to be delivered. Their system works like this: Every Tractor supply gets every single item in their store from one location. Those are call Distribution Centers or "DC's". There are five Tractor Supply DCs across the country. Every Tractor Supply store only draws from one DC. A store may need to amass 2/3 of a full truck to justify a delivery, but that would not be just product from one manufacture, rather it would be a combination of everything that they need to restock the entire store for sales that they have made in total. If a Tractor Supply needed one bag of Renew Gold, it could order that as part of their next normal shipment. As I understand it, most Tractor Supply stores get a delivery truck at least every other week. If they order enough Renew Gold or any other product, to last two weeks they should never be out. |

Just show the the pic and they can't refuse you. It also depends on the personal working there. 1 store close to my work usually has a couple of bags by the time I need more. They know approximately how long I take to order more. While the store close to home is a p.i.t.a. to get them to order anything... |

The best guideline for feeding Renew Gold is the "half pound rule". That is 1/2 pound of Renew Gold per day, total, for each job the horse does. Living is a job, growing is a job, weight gain, pregnancy, being ridden, high stress from hauling, surgery recovery are all jobs. Most mature horses do two or three jobs, so would be at one pound to one and one half pounds per day. For a job like weight gain, you would add one half pound per day until the horse had added the condition you want, then that job would be over and that one half pound would come back out of the diet. While all horses are a little different, this is a very good base to start from. 3 1/2 kitchen measuring cups equal one pound. Remember, these rates are total per day, not per feeding.
The bags are 30 pounds. |

| I am so glad to get the information on this thread. TSC has terrible customer service. I have been out of Renew Gold for two months. Every Tuesday I call and the first month every time I got a different person and only one of them knew what the product was.so I had to keep getting ahold of the special orders lady who is rude. We drove two hours to get one bag that was left at a TSC only to run out again. We called another TSC gave the sku number and everything and the guy wouldn't order it.No one at TSC wants to do their job. If I was not such a believer of this product I would be moving on. I am currently stuck getting rice bran from Southern states and mixing it with oats and beet pulp until I can get a TSC that has their crap together. I am PRAYING that this one store will EVENTUALLY get it in. I will be calling both numbers tomorrow to get this sorted out.
I was purchasing from a mom and pop feed store but was paying 45 a bag, so when renew gold became available at TSC for 30.00 we figured we would buy from them. As a result the mom and pop feed store is mad we left them and doesn't want to special order for us anymore. I just wish SOMEONE cared enough to take my money. I have been getting names and such to send a complaint in to TSC I am so sick of it. |
