When my lower back and shoulders was bothering me I wore the shirt at night and it helped. My bavk wasn't stiff in the morning and my shoulders gained a little more range of motion. I have it to my nephew who plays college football and had shoulder surgery. He healed quickly and cleanly, but he àlso did stem cell therapy.

I have the back brace and the knee brace and I really like them. I bought the ankle brace for my husband but I don't think he uses it...I borrowed it when I sprained my ankle and it helped. I hope to get the mattress pad in the future!

I have and use almost every human product they make it seems. I like the shirt but I don't have too many back problems. The ones I couldn't do without are my knee brace, gloves and boxers... They make a huge difference!

The mattress cover is one of the few that I am indifferent about. I have a queen and I'd probably sell it if someone wanted to buy it. :)

I have the boxers, the back brace and the blanket and LOVE THEM!! I used the boxers before my hip surgery and they are the only things that kept me going. I'm ordering the socks this week for the pregnancy swelling in my feet!

Have the mattress pad, the blanket, back brace, socks, mini blanket (use that rolled up behind my lower back when I sit on the couch) and the wrist bands.
Love them all...

I bought my mom and dad a mattress pad a few years ago for Christmas. My dad said that was the first time he had slept all night long in 4 years. He and I were in a bad truck wreck together in 2010 and both suffered back injuries. He swears by his pad!

I have the gloves and the small blanket thing. I use it under my back if it hurts-when I go to sleep and it feels wonderful. Huge difference.

We didn't have any luck with the BOT human products but the Tommie Copper products Rocks. We have numerous items and we love them all.

You need to find what works for you.

Never tried the BOT ... the Tommie Copper ankle sleeve did nothing for my bad ankle. So I've been reluctant to try BOT.

I have back brace, ankle, knee, neck wrap. Tshirt. Hubby uses wrist cuffs and back brace daily as he was in an accident last yr broke back and both wrists.
. I do not use all the time , just for flare ups. The knee and ankle braces fit small , but heals you up fast! I use magnesium oil vs sore no more on myself. I find the clothing items too hot except in winter, just like the horse stuff. Just like the equine ,they need to make hot weather friendly products .

I will be ordering the Neck brace with Dickinson bid today. I'm trying really hard to listen to my Dr and stay off the muscle relaxers and Naproxen for at least a week. I don't wish this pain on anybody. Praying my Arab sells soon so I can get my MRI!
