I currently have my horse on the THE muscle mass w/ joint and ulcer preventative and LOVE it. He's a hard keeper and it has done wonders for him. His joints seem to be better too. I have used both products. However, I feel they are different products. THE muscle mass is something we have used to build topline in a horse. Typically we used it for younger horses while they were growing. We haven't fed it for a few years. We don't have the type of horses that we used to.

Why don't you just have them customize your muscle mass more? I know it is on special this month for 20% off so it may be a good time to try a new formula. My horse gets a custom formula from them and I love it.
